National S'mores Day- Aug 10, 2011

A S'more is a traditional nighttime campfire treat, consisting of a roasted marshmallow and a layer of chocolate sandwiched between two pieces of graham cracker. Yummy! Not sure who decided on a National S'mores day, but I like it.
