About the product:
My father's wife will be turning 70 soon and i was looking for ideas for a gift that she would use and have some meaning to her. Being a visual artist, I thought that one of my images on Zazzle's teapot was perfect. That way, she could enjoy the gift every time she made herself a pot of tea along with the inscription I put with the image: "The secret to life is enjoying the passage of time." It did arrive without the lid, but I emailed Zazzle immediately and within a few days, the lid had arrived. So, the response for customer service was outstanding! It is nice to order a product on line that is backed up by stellar customer service.
